The firm’s founder Jennifer Jones is a former legal counsel of both the Division of Environmental Protection and the Division of Coastal Zone Management. We are therefore uniquely positioned to handle complex environmental and land use legal issues and to assist clients to navigate through the minefield of environmental and land use laws and regulations.
